Shades of Grey

I was swayed along to see the different shades,
First landed to see the poor lad,
Stamping on stagnant water,
It made me wonder how can hazardous,
Also bring the smile on pitiful,
Wind flew me next to a pavement,
Near the green place where the sun sets,
There I saw a beauty with charm less eyes,
That told story of a sad demise,
I felt pain since was unable to help,
So I flew away again to find joy on the next terrain,
My wind stopped outside a grocery shop,
Where a beggar stood staring at the sugar top,
Misery yet again and a tear dropped,
Again unable to help I flew away,
Now wind carried me to a construction site,
Built by a cartful of living under a thatched roof,
On a tree branch a poor yet strong mother,
Had tied a cloth swing,
For her baby to sleep and dream,
That was a sight that made me relax and pray
Of this little lad’s future to bring some hope in ray,
I being contented in life could do nothing,
To bring this sadness an end of surprise,
But could only join my hands to say,
Dear God let this wounded bud’s big dreams,
Under this sun so bright,
Turn upside down his gloomy world into a place,
That has no flood of tears,
But spring of gay
